Terms
Terms & Conditions
Simple, fair terms for a simple, private tool site. Please read them before using OpenToolLab.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OpenToolLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the service
OpenToolLab provides free developer tools that run 100% in your browser. You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial use. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
3. No data collection
Because every tool runs entirely client-side, we do not collect, store, or process any of the data you enter. Nothing you type, paste, or upload ever leaves your device. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for data handling — there is no data to handle.
4. No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep everything accurate, but you use the tools at your own discretion and risk.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event shall OpenToolLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools.
6. Intellectual property
The OpenToolLab name, logo, and site design are the property of OpenToolLab. The tools are built on an open-source philosophy, and the source code for the site is available on GitHub. Any content you generate with the tools belongs to you.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Contact
